Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: September 2026

Your choice, in plain English

Landscape Professionals of Texas (“LPT Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not sell your personal information for money. However, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) treats some advertising cookies and pixels as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. This page lets you turn that off for the browser you are using right now.

Use the control below to opt out. It works immediately and does not require an account, an email, or any other information from you.

Current status on this browserChecking…

What opting out does

  • Saves a first-party cookie (lpt_privacy_optout) on this browser for one year so we remember your choice on future visits.
  • Tells our tag manager (Google Tag Manager, using Google Consent Mode) to set advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization to “denied” before any advertising tag can load. Any advertising pixels we may use in the future (for example Google Ads or Meta Pixel) are configured to respect that setting.
  • Applies to this browser and device only. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, you will need to opt out again there.

What opting out does not do

  • It does not stop first-party site analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager) or our first-party attribution record, which we use to understand how visitors find our site. These are not sold or shared for advertising.
  • It does not delete information you have already given us through a form, and it does not stop transactional emails, calls, or texts you have asked for. To delete your information or stop SMS messages, see Your California Privacy Rights in our Privacy Policy, or reply STOP to any text from us.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) (opens in a new window) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically. You do not need to use the button above. The status shown above reflects the GPC signal when one is present.

Other ways to exercise your rights

You can also opt out, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, by contacting us directly:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
